Full attendance across both days is required to receive the complete 9.0 AASECT CE credits. Attendance is tracked via live polling and platform verification throughout each session. Participants who miss a portion of the training should contact dr.christineromano@nextlevelmhc.com to discuss partial credit eligibility. Completion of the post-event evaluation is required before a certificate will be issued.

1. Informal Resolution

Contact dr.christineromano@nextlevelmhc.com during or shortly after the training. Many concerns are resolved quickly this way.

2. Formal Written Complaint

If unresolved, submit a written grievance to dr.christineromano@nextlevelmhc.com including your name, a description of the issue, date(s), and any steps already taken.

3. Review

We'll acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond with a resolution within 10–14 business days.

4. Escalation

If unsatisfied, you may escalate in writing to AASECT at ce@aasect.org. Note: AASECT does not arbitrate business practice complaints.

Next Level will comply with any AASECT determination.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future Next Level CE event.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee.

If Next Level Mental Health Counseling cancels or reschedules the event, all registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to the rescheduled date.

1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.

2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.

3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.
